Do You Even Clone, Bro?
The ethical implications of the current issues
of cloning and genetic engineering are, as I see them, the suffer and pain the
clone must go though.
The clone must live a life where it’s not completed with genes from a mother and a father. This can give the clone failed functions or mental illness
.
God makes every single person unique, but
cloning is copying a person, a person made in God’s image, and creating a
person with the exact same genes and DNA.
Another ethical issue is when someone is
cloning to use the cloned organism’s organs. Creating a new life to use the
organs and save another life.
The genepool will decrease, and incest can
become a bigger problem. From cloning people’s DNA will be so similar.
There are so many ethical implications with
cloning, and we should not risk our future and mankind by experimenting with
cloning.
